Vendor Applications that are not approved will receive a full refund. Once the Vendor Application is approved, the vendor fees are ABSOLUTELY NONREFUNDABLE. No exceptions!

The deadline to apply to vend at the 2017 Philadelphia Pagan Pride Day is July 15th. Applications received after this date cannot be guaranteed a listing on the website or in the program. Thank you!

Please be sure to fill out the Hold Harmless Agreement. This form is required for all vendors.
