Vendor Fees and Payment

 Vendor Applications that are not approved will receive a full refund. Once the Vendor Application is approved, the vendor fees are NONREFUNDABLE.

If you must mail a check, please email philadelphiapaganpride@gmail.com and we will give you the address to send the check to.

To guarantee that you are listed in the event program, please submit your vendor application by August 13, 2021.


Please be sure to fill out the Hold Harmless Agreement
This form is required for all vendors.
