Vendor Fees and Payment

Vendor Applications that are not approved will receive a full refund.

 

Once the Vendor Application is approved, the vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please be sure to fill out the Hold Harmless Agreement. 

This is required for all vendors.

If you must mail a check, please email philadelphiapaganpride@gmail.com and we will give you the address to send the check to.

July 3, 2024

when we reach capacity, whichever comes first.
